Terms of Service

Reviewer Wizard connects to a Google Business Profile you own or manage, reads the reviews on it, drafts replies, and publishes the replies you approve. It can also help you contact an unhappy reviewer privately.

Replies are drafted automatically. They are never published automatically. Every draft waits for your approval, and you may edit any draft before approving it.

You must be an owner or authorised manager of every Business Profile you connect. Connecting a listing you do not have the right to manage is a breach of these terms and of Google's.

You are responsible for the content of replies you approve. Once you approve a draft it is published under your business's name and it is your statement, not ours.

Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Do not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, harassing, or deliberately deceptive; to respond to reviews on listings you do not manage; to attempt to manipulate review ratings; or to circumvent the approval step.

Do not attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.

Drafts are generated automatically and can be wrong, awkward, or inappropriate for a situation we cannot see. Read them before you approve them. That is exactly why the approval step exists.

You own the replies you publish. You grant us the permission needed to generate, store, and post them on your behalf.

The Service depends on Google's Business Profile APIs. If Google changes, restricts, or withdraws that access, parts of the Service may stop working. We will tell you if that happens, but we do not control it.

Paid plans, trial length, and billing terms will be presented to you before you are ever charged, and you will be asked to agree to them at that point. Nothing in these terms authorises a charge on its own.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for how. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular outcome for your rating, reviews, or business.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
